We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our window cleaning operations team.

About the Role- Lead a team of skilled window cleaners to deliver exceptional service to residential and commercial clients.
- Work closely with the team to ensure high standards, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including efficiency, resource allocation, and timely service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of skilled window cleaners.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Manage schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Implement and refine systems to optimize workflows and improve performance.
- Proven experience in a leadership or operations role, preferably in the window cleaning industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
