**Your Role**:
As a Front of House Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. You will lead by example, overseeing the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain operational standards, and create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including table management, reservations, and customer flow.
- Provide hands-on support during service to uphold high standards of hospitality.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement and maintain operational procedures.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance of the front-of-house area.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and team-oriented work culture.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
