We are seeking WA Licenced HVACs to join our WA Talent Pool conducting maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport to sites all across WA including the Pilbara & Goldfields regions. Our casual pool is often utilized for site coverage during hiring, sick leave, and annual leave, with swings usually 14 days at a time, with a minimum of 7 days R&R. All swings are day shift only & fly-out days may vary by site.
The Position
Provide HVAC maintenance support to our established facilities maintenance teams in a remote mining village environment, including commercial kitchens and accommodation air conditioning units.
Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs, planned works, fault finding, reactive maintenance, and assisting other trades.
Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times, and deadlines.
Prioritize and attend to urgent requests.
Provide mobile device work orders, updates, and time estimates, including risk assessments.
Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practices.
Report to Delta FM Operational Support.
The Person
Full working rights within Australia.
Current WA Restricted Electrical Licence, or working towards it.
Current Australian Driver's Licence & Full Arctick Licence.
CPR, LVR, National Police Check & Medical within 12 months.
Well-versed in all maintenance processes and workplace health and safety regulations.
Able to access Perth Airport for FIFO ongoing works.
