Our team and our culture are some of our greatest strengths and we have an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join our team in Melbourne on a 6 month fixed term contract.

About the opportunity

We have a newly created 6-month fixed term opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join our team who will provide administrative support across the Operations team to support key processes and systems.

This role will play an active role in system training, reporting and stakeholder engagement to improve user compliance and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop reporting for key operational processes to monitor compliance and identify improvement opportunities

Complete regular compliance reporting as per the governance framework and implement related stakeholder communication plan

Provide support in relation to stakeholder management, communication and reporting for improvement projects

Advocating new ways of working, through process and system improvement projects

About you

You are a strong administrator with experience in system compliance reporting and analysis. You have demonstrated experience in managing key operational processes and thrive in working with stakeholders.

You will bring to this role, your ability to juggle priorities, work with reporting and compliance and knowledge of working with SharePoint.
