**Role Description**

Are you a Junior Accountant looking for the next step up in your career? Or perhaps you've been working in an AR/AP role for a few years, and now you're looking for the next challenge? If so, this could be the exciting opportunity you've been waiting for

RP Infrastructure are on the lookout for a talented and motivated individual to join the Finance team and assist the business in its next phase of growth. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the finance team in the management of a portfolio of diverse projects across our NSW division.

Located in our Melbourne office, you'll be responsible for:

- Accurate invoicing and accounts receivable management
- Assisting with the management of project budgets and forecasting
- Managing contractors and other minor accounts payable duties
- Timesheet management
- Assisting with the financial analysis of project performance
- Weekly client reporting
- Assisting the finance team with their needs and other ad hoc duties as required

You will also need:

- Proven experience in managing competing workloads and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment - things can move quickly in our business, so grit, resilience and determination are traits that will ensure your success
- An all-rounder who can assist the team with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport, trust, and communicate confidently
- A high level of attention to detail and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI, SQL and/or BST would also be advantageous (but is not essential)
