**Role Purpose**

This is an opportunity for aFinance Assistant to join the global Finance function, working as an integral part of the team and reporting to the Head of Finance. The role is responsible for the financial compliance, processing tasks and associated reporting.

Role Responsibilities
- Invoice processing and payments
- Credit card reconciliations
- Revenue clearing and associated journals
- Assistance with budgeting and forecasting
- Document, review & improve various accounting procedures & policies to meet best practice guidelines
- Completion of Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Assistance with internal audits of Finance functions and activities
- Month-end accounting tasks and processes to ensure timely closure of the general ledger
- Provide reports, analysis and recommendations on both financial and operational data, including key metric reporting and analysis
- Assistance in preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT returns and other statutory reporting
- Process improvement recommendations
- Other tasks assisting the Head of Finance.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience producing complex consolidations
- Prior exposure to foreign currency transactions
- Ability & flexibility to work in a team environment & support the Finance team with completing deadlines
- Outstanding attention to detail & stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.

**Qualifications**
- Degree Qualified
