**Our Business is growing, and we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Fulltime/Permanent position.**

**Location: 4830 D'Aguilar Hwy, Kilcoy, QLD, 4515**

This integral role will see you promoting a continuous improvement culture across our operations, aligned with the business strategy. The Continuous Improvement Analyst will help support the CI Manager in with CI design, lead and deliver KGF (Kilcoy Global Foods) Operations Continuous Improvement program within Australia with a focus on eliminating waste, identifying and resolving process and system deficiencies that help maximise service, cost & compliance objectives of the business.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have experience working within a heavy industry background, with exposure to Program Management frameworks such as Lean Methodology | WCM Methodology | 5'S' process | Kaizen approach.

You will also:

- Possess 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a company leading transformational organisation change
- Have a strong understanding of data analytics
- Worked within a structured program of works
- Demonstrate experience in a fast-paced operational environment
