With opportunities across Australia, we're currently recruiting graduates into our Mechanical Team in Adelaide for a February 2026 start.
To be eligible, you must hold or be in the final year of an Engineering degree ideally with a focus in Mechanical Engineering and have full working rights in Australia.
Responsibilities
Working on real projects with support from experienced engineers and leaders
Participating in monthly national graduate learning sessions (e.g. ESG in Consulting, Personal Branding, and Saying Yes to Opportunities)
Engaging with clients, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful designs
Accessing a learning platform with over 97,000 professional resources
Receiving support for Engineers Australia Chartership
Joining a vibrant social and wellness culture including fitness classes, book club, and team events
Having the opportunity to fast-track your development through a high-performance graduate stream

About You
You're a soon-to-be or recentMechanicalEngineering Graduatewho is enthusiastic, curious, and ready to contribute to a better built environment.
You bring a growth mindset and a passion for collaborative problem-solving.
