Overview

Graduate Engineer 2026 | Mechanical (Sydney) at ADP Consulting. This graduate program offers hands-on training, mentorship, and national collaboration across Australia. Eligible applicants are in the final year of an Engineering degree or have already graduated, ideally with a focus in Mechanical Engineering, and have full working rights in Australia.

What is your role?

As a Graduate at ADP Consulting, you'll be part of a national graduate cohort and receive hands-on training from day one. You will contribute to meaningful, sustainability-led projects while being supported by industry mentors and technical experts in your chosen field, i.e. Mechanical Engineering.

Your experience will include:

  • Working on real projects with support from experienced engineers and leaders
  • Participating in monthly national graduate learning sessions (e.g. ESG in Consulting, Personal Branding, and Saying Yes to Opportunities)
  • Engaging with clients, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful designs
  • Accessing a learning platform with over 97,000 professional resources

About You

You're a soon-to-be or recent Mechanical Engineering Graduate who is enthusiastic, curious, and ready to contribute to a better built environment.

You bring a growth mindset and a passion for collaborative problem-solving. You're also:
