The RoleWe have an exciting and fast-paced opportunity to join the Infinite Operational team as a Personal Care and Services Concierge at Infinite Care.
This role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional care and support services to residents.
The position is responsible for implementing Infinite Care's welcome process, overseeing the on-site execution and management of the Additional Services / HELF programs, ensuring social and emotional support for residents, and consistently exceeding care and service needs.This is a permanent full-time position reporting directly to our General Manager at our brand-new Aged Care Home in Knoxfield, Victoria.This includes:Collaborating with clinical, sales, admissions, and finance teams for smooth resident transitions.Managing enquiries via email and phone empathetically and promptly.Scheduling and conducting onsite tours in coordination with customers and facilities.Supporting new residents and their families to settle in, acting as the Infinite Respite Champion, and utilizing relevant tools to enhance their experience.Serving as the primary liaison for residents and families for smooth transitions and ongoing support.About You:Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with residents, families, and team members.Empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in supporting elderly individuals.Experience handling a high volume of enquiries.Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tools.Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in aged care or healthcare.Available for a full-time role Monday to Friday.What's in it for you
