Project Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead high-profile Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations from initiation through to post-go-live.
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of HCM implementation projects.
Own the project plan, timeline, scope, risk, and resource management.
Engage and communicate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third parties.
You will be part of our Digital & Technology Advisory team, which helps businesses achieve strategic outcomes by aligning their digital and technology initiatives.
About You:
You have a strong background in managing enterprise software implementations, preferably HCM or payroll-related projects.
You possess excellent organisational and time management capabilities, as well as strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
You are familiar with SaaS implementation lifecycles and methodologies, and have experience working with external vendors and client-side project teams.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of cloud-based HCM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective project plans.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
