Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled project manager to oversee the delivery of a high-profile product that spans continents and integrates newly acquired companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of consumer-facing products from concept to launch.
  • Manage multi-stream projects across global time zones, including Australia and Europe.
  • Drive governance, budgeting, resource planning, and benefits realization.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including newly acquired entities.
  • Produce high-quality documentation and reporting for executive visibility.
  • Align delivery with internal SaaS infrastructure and external market needs.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software product/project delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills - calm, respectful, and confident.
  • Proven ability to lead across cultures and geographies.
  • Experience working with acquired companies and navigating integration challenges.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Availability for regular early evening calls (3-7 PM AU time).
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.

Bonus Skills:

  • Background in software product manufacturing.
  • Exposure to broad business functions - finance, marketing, product, operations.
  • Familiarity with innovation and product testing.
