**About our Opportunity**

Join Aneeta Windows in Brookvale, NSW, as a Customer Service & Office Admin All-Rounder. In this broad, hands-on role, you'll be the face of our business—supporting customers, managing front-of-house duties, and ensuring smooth office operations. With just two full-time staff in the office, a sales rep visiting twice a week, and part-time admin support on Thursdays and Fridays, you'll enjoy variety, autonomy, and the chance to "jump in and do everything".

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming visitors, managing the showroom, and answering phones.
- Handling a wide range of customer enquiries and providing product and service information.
- Preparing job sheets, processing quotes and orders, and ensuring all paperwork is order-ready.
- Assisting with basic estimating and supporting the sales process.
- General office admin, including accounts support and maintaining records.
- Engaging with architects, builders, and other industry professionals.
- Identifying ways to streamline office and customer service processes.

**About You**

You're a proactive, adaptable all-rounder who thrives in a small, close-knit team. You have:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing or office admin role (ideally in building products, windows, or glass).
- A technically minded approach, with any understanding of building products or the building process highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers, architects, and industry professionals.
- Strong systems skills (ERP/CRM and MS Office Suite).
- A willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business and support your teammates.
- Attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
