We are currently recruiting for an experienced a **Quarry Manager** to lead the team at our **Wollert Quarry** in Victoria.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role is a multi-faceted role leading the quarry and overseeing the daily management of the operation (including drying plant & clean fill operations), including production, continuous improvement, health & safety, logistics and full P&L responsibility.

**In your new role, you will be**:

- Leading and managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals.
- Making business decisions that impact the overall performance of the business, including achieving agreed targets / KPIs, financial planning, budgeting, and managing costs within budget.
- Managing the day-to-day operations where you are responsible for quarry development, storm water and environmental management, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Focused on continuing our approach to rehabilitation and maintaining our reputation within the industry and community as a responsible and sustainable partner.
- Bring a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others.

**This role is a great fit for you, if**:

- You are an experienced quarry manager/supervisor with relevant industry qualifications.
- Have leadership experience.
- An ability to support continuous improvement across the Supply Chain process to establish good performance through insight and innovative planning.
- A strong leadership mentality with a demonstrated track record in delivering transformational change within a complex business environment.
- The capability to deliver exceptional negotiation and influencing skills when interacting with varying levels of internal and external stakeholders.
