Branding & Content Designer

**About the Role**:
We're looking for a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes branding. Someone who can give _every_ piece of content — from a simple Instagram post to a paid ad — a **distinct, elevated Noir identity**(preferably female). You'll be responsible for shaping the visual tone of the brand across platforms and making sure everything looks, feels, and speaks Noir.

**What You'll Do**:

- Own Noir's visual branding across social, web, and ads.
- Design unique, on-brand layouts for posts, carousels, stories, and paid creatives.
- Do light video and photo edits for reels or UGC assets.
- Use Canva (and/or Adobe tools) to build templates and visual assets.
- Collaborate on storytelling and messaging angles for campaigns.
- Support pop-up campaigns and influencer/retail content with creative design.

**You Should Be**:

- Deeply creative with a strong eye for mínimalist and luxury design.
- Familiar with Canva (Adobe is a plus).
- Able to do light photo and video editing.
- Passionate about branding and aesthetics.
- Detail-oriented but quick to execute.
- Ideally someone who understands fashion, fragrance, or lifestyle branding.

**Bonus**:

- Experience with product photography or directing UGC shoots.
- Lives in Melbourne and can occasionally help with on-ground creative work.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
