The Palms Hotel in Greenacre is seeking a motivated Bar Attendant to join our Public Bar team, with a strong focus on accommodation and TAB/Keno services. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant venue where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities will include:
Handling accommodation bookings, guest check-ins/outs, and general front desk duties
Providing efficient and friendly bar service
Assisting customers with TAB and Keno transactions
Delivering outstanding customer service with a personable, outgoing attitude
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Current RSA & RCG Certificates / Competency Card
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Experience in accommodation, TAB, and Keno is highly regarded but not essential – we're willing to train the right candidate
