**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance professional to join the Finance - Sales - At Home team as Finance Business Partner - Independents and Discounters & E-Commerce

The role of Finance Business Partner is responsible for partnering with sales leaders to drive value for our customers and shareholders by supporting business priorities and delivering strategic commercial insights to enable business growth. The role reports to the Senior Finance Business Partner - At Home and supports the Senior Finance Business Partner - Independents and Discounters & E-Commerce in the Finance function whilst being an integral partner of the business unit leadership team for the Independents and Discounters & E-Commerce Accounts. The role collaborates with CoEx and business unit leaders to develop strategic insights on customer, market and supply chain performance to drive profitable revenue, working capital and EBIT.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- P&L management including support of planning, forecasting and budgeting cycles
- Provide trusted financial advice to key stakeholders to align business direction and financial strategies.
- Work with Senior Finance Business Partner to conduct extensive financial and operational analysis on key metrics and generate options to leverage performance.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial input, drive revenue opportunities, costs savings and promotional opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of the business strategy, communicating cost savings and customer service opportunities, risks across the network and assessment of investment options to maximise asset returns.
- Uplift the commercial acumen of business unit leaders through proactive partnership and coaching.

**LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- 3+ years' experience in commercial roles partnering with National Business Managers or similar.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to build commercial awareness and understanding.
- A track record in building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders, understanding the objectives of all parties and identifying the associated risk and opportunities.
- A deep understanding of financial and commercial drivers as well as understanding of CCEP's competitive environment
- Degree in a Financial discipline with CA/CPA/CIMA preferred.
