**ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT**

**KJ Bolt Trade Fasteners** is a leading supplier of industrial & construction fasteners throughout South-East Queensland and Australia. A full-time position is opening for an Administration assistant at our busy Noosaville office.

**Duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Answering of and directing incoming calls.
- Daily receiving matching & data entry.
- EOM payables reconciling.
- Filing, maintaining files & archiving.
- Processing trade references.
- Actioning customer enquiries.
- Updating customer/supplier database.
- Updating product information.
- Updating social media platforms.
- Stationary ordering and distribution.
- Staff amenities ordering and distribution.
- General office duties.
- Other tasks as required.

**Future tasks (backup to office manager) will include**:

- Balancing of daily sales
- Banking
- Daily Cash-flow
- Payroll processing
- Payment processing

**What you need**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Aptitude to be self-managed & organised.
- Ability to learn new software.
- A friendly and proactive approach.

Software used daily in this position include Attache, MYOB and Microsoft Office, experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided for the successful applicant.

We are looking for someone who desires a long-term placement.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
