Willows Care provides disability support services through connecting people with their communities. We currently provide services in the ACT, Queanbeyan and surrounding areas. Through our services, we aim to contribute to and support the health and wellbeing of participants, while assisting them in education and development of life skills. Willows Care is an NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) service provider, providing individualised services to people of all ages and backgrounds.

**Qualifications & experience**
- You will need:

- A valid driver's license
- Current First Aid Certificate
- WWVP
- National Criminal History Check

Applicants with training and experience in bowel care will be highly regarded. Previous experience in disability or aged care is preferred.

**Tasks & responsibilities**

Assisting participants with high and low care supports as well as behavioural support needs

These duties can include:

- Hygiene facilitation
- Mobility support
- Meal preparation & cooking
- Domestic Duties
- Attending social events
- Medication management and administration

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
