Senior Manager, Professional Services APJ The Senior Manager, Professional Services is responsible for leading and optimizing a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class professional services. This role involves strategic planning, operational excellence, and leadership in project management and service delivery. The Senior Manager will establish and refine key processes, drive business-impacting initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company objectives. With a strong focus on team leadership, performance optimization, and service innovation, this role will be instrumental in shaping the professional services function and enhancing customer value.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of specialists, ensuring high performance through coaching, clear objectives, and continuous development.
Oversee the operational execution of the professional services team, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
Develop and implement policies, processes, tools, and metrics to create a best-in-class professional services organization.
Establish and lead a Project Management Office (PMO) leveraging Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality service delivery.
Drive the development and launch of new professional services offerings that provide measurable customer and business value.
Track, analyze, and report on professional services performance, providing actionable insights to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments to align professional services with overall business strategy.
Act as a strategic decision-maker, addressing unforeseen challenges and driving operational improvements.
Build a strong internal network and influence key business initiatives at the company-wide level.
Ensure the team maintains deep cybersecurity expertise, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience years of experience in professional services within a high-tech environment, with a proven track record of operationalizing and delivering service offerings.
2+ years of experience in a service delivery leadership role, managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
Strong cybersecurity knowledge, including security frameworks, network infrastructure, threat landscapes, and security solution implementations.
Experience in establishing and leading a Project Management Office (PMO) using Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and launch innovative professional services products that drive customer and business value.
Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
Expertise in performance tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making to optimize service operations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
