**Our Client**

Our client is entering an exciting period of transformation and growth and are seeking a Community Support Services Manager. This role will contribute to a strong and dynamic leadership team, driving a culture of commitment to ethical practice and to contribute to the continuous improvement of services.

**The Role**
As a Community Support Services Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Guiding day to day delivery of quality services
- Managing customer and staff matters
- Maintaining assets, such as the community transport fleet
- Facilitating adaptation to emerging service needs
- **Duration**: 12-month contract with a potential to extend
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday (35 hour work week)
- **Location**: Wollongong
- **Salary**: $128k - $151k + superannuation (+ car allowance)

**You**
As a Community Support Services Manager, you will offer:

- Previous experience working within a service context is essential
- Previous experience working within government ideal
- Lead and manage a large team of direct reports and volunteers
- Excellent problem solving skills
