- Why this role matters

We are seeking a values-driven and dedicated Receiving and Processing Warehouse Assistant to provide support to Senior Store Manager in retail and store operations in line with TSA mission and values.

The role you could play
- Facilitate warehouse operations and the movement of stock between stores and warehouse storage.
- Ensure goods are cleaned and prepared for sale ready to go to stores.
- Greet and thank donors and customers for their donations at the drop off point and assist with bringing donations from their car to the drop off point.
- Assist with balancing the cash registers at the end of the day.
- Supervise volunteers in a courteous environment that fosters a productive experience for customers and staff and contributes to the overall team effectiveness.

What you will have
- A certificate in Logistics or Business or a related field is desirable
- Understanding of the value of second-hand goods with a wide knowledge of brands and goods.
- Experience in a retail and/or customer service environment with some supervisory experience is preferred.
- A willingness to undergo a National Police check
- A valid QLD Driver's license
