**About the role**

As the Fraud Manager - Financial Services, you will have the responsibility to provide comprehensive risk assessment and transaction reviews, safeguarding against fraudulent activities across Coles Group.

You will analyse data across Coles' fraud management platforms and internal systems to review and manage fraud products, optimise conversion and minimise fraud rate on card transactions.
- Key responsibilities:_
- Identify, analyse, and communicate fraud patterns to management, and provide recommendations for loss mitigation as needed.
- Influence key stakeholders within the organisation to adopt best of class Fraud defence strategies.
- Share fraud knowledge insights, provide training on fraud awareness, and coordinate efforts to strengthen the overall fraud prevention system.
- Experience and exposure to listed systems will be desirable: Snowflake, Power BI, Internet Payment Gateways, Microsoft Excel, Fraud Tools.

**About you and your skills**
- Experience with online ecommerce and transaction lifecycle.
- Experience reporting and providing insights to key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of card scheme rules.
- High degree of experience in managing complex data analysis and reporting with experience in leveraging data analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder across multiple level of organisation.
- Experience dealing with third party Fraud and Payment providers.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement initiatives
