Maroubra Junction Early Education Centre is an award winning, progressive LDC located in the heart of Maroubra Junction. The centre is equipped with the latest technology as well as highly trained staff to deliver a dedicated and thoughtful educational program. We are looking for an Diploma Trained to lead out Nursery Team. This position start as of 5/5/2025.

**About The Role**

You will need to be very confident with planning and programming, as well as computer savvy, as all this is done online. We are looking for a bright and bubbly teacher who is really focused on the Early Education. There are 15 children in the nursery with 3 staff members as well as an extra staff member to cover lunches and programming.

**Criteria**:
Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or an equivalent recognised qualification

Hold a current First Aid certificate (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis)

Have completed the relevant child protection training (Identify & Respond)

Have at least 2 years experience working with children aged 0-3 years.

Initiative and the capacity to work with mínimal supervision

Pay: $35.00 - $39.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Graduate Certificate / Graduate Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- early childhood education: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 05/05/2025
