This role will provide advisory support and guidance to the Senior Operations Manager on all aspects of HR regulatory requirements in Australia.

This is a generalist position overseeing a variety of HR functions relating to talent acquisition, compensation, colleague relations, benefits, payroll, policy administration, compliance matters and conflict resolution within the GCC.

The role is also responsible for maintaining HR analytics and data management as well as being responsible for the functional processes of the GCC including office policies.

As a member of the leadership team the HR Specialist will help establish and grow the Care culture of Hyatt and will interact with colleagues at all levels, maintaining good working relationships and acting as a role model.

Collaborates with Corporate HR, Regional HR, Hotel Teams and works with 3rd party agencies and vendors ongoing to deliver HR services and support GCC colleagues.

**Qualifications**:
**EXPERIENCE**

***3+ years Human Resources experience, strong knowledge of local labor laws and practices

Contact Center HR experience preferred.

HRIS systems knowledge preferred (ADP Enterprise, Peoplesoft, etc.)

Other HR Systems knowledge preferred (Taleo, Kronos, Oracle etc.)
