Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Tlc Independent Living & Support Services Full time

Our team of support workers assist our clients in achieving their individual personal goals and achieve positive outcomes. You will be required to complete reports, documentation, and daily case notes, reporting to management. We encourage our staff to engage with our clients, so you must be enthusiastic and able to support clients best suited for the individual.

In this role, you will be required to assist, as directed and in line with the client's goals, duties including:

- Personal care - showering, shaving and dressing
- Domestic duties - mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, laundry etc
- Food preparation - shopping, preparing, cooking, clean up etc
- Employment support - private and public sectors, assist with private or public transport to place of employment, assist with employment duties etc
- Lifestyle needs - assisting with making and attending medical appointments etc
- Attending respites, activities, etc
- Capacity building - assist clients to attend capacity building activities relevant to their support needs
- Community access - assist with attending personal and community events etc.
- Write and submit required reports
- Other duties as required.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $66.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification and CPR (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)

- 75% (preferred)
