**About the Role**

As a Training Officer, you will:

- Deliver face-to-face training sessions to internal and external clients.
- Conduct assessments, provide timely and constructive feedback, and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
- Tailor and deliver accredited qualifications (Certificate III and IV) and non-accredited courses to meet learner and industry needs.
- Monitor and support learners in workplace settings, offering feedback to enhance their performance.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with the "Standards for RTOs 2015" and organisational policies.
- Collaborate on the development of training and assessment strategies to drive continuous improvement.

**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Extensive experience in aged care, disability, community services, or health sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and best practices in training delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to provide clear feedback.
- Exceptional organisational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

**Essential Qualifications and Requirements**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
- Western Australian C Class Driver's Licence
- Current National Police Clearance or NDIS Worker's Screening Check (no older than 6 months)
- Proof of influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations in line with Amana Living policies
- Working with Children Check (WWC)
- At least 3 years' experience working as a therapy assistant or an allied health professional in aged care and/or disability and/or healthcare environment.
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks
