**The Role**

**Lead Product Designer**

As the first Product Design hire, you'll be hands on, end to end across design process, research through to delivery. Meeting with users, finding out pain points and developing solutions to this.
- Own design process from research, to prototyping, to implementation. Designing user journeys spanning physical product interactions and digital interfaces.
- Designing with end users. Working closely with a key partner to conduct UX research with them and clients.
- Develop a best-in-class design practice.
- Launch products with a cross-functional team. Build the future with a diverse team of industry experts, engineers, and product managers.
