Lead User Experience Designer

">Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced user experience designer to lead our product design efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing seamless and intuitive experiences that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end UX design solutions that drive business results and enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
  • Design and implement consistent and scalable UI patterns across web and mobile platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a design system that supports the company's design goals and vision.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in fintech or SaaS industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) and modern design systems.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas to cross-functional teams.
