Maintenance position at a high-end site

**Your new company**

You will be joining one of Sydney's premier private schools based in the Inner West of Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced handy person/maintenance officer who is looking to work on a single high-end site and be responsible for a multitude of maintenance tasks on site. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody who is looking for a long-term role as this school prides themselves on having long-standing staff members. There is also parking available on site and a short walk from the nearest train station.

**Your new role**

Your new role will be working as an all round Maintenance Officer doing a variety of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks required on the site. Your general responsibilities will be as follows:

- Painting/patching
- Minor plumbing & Carpentry
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Event set up (e.g. setting up assembly hall)
- Working to a maintenance schedule
- Other general maintenance tasks

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous facilities' maintenance experience
- Good communication skills as you will be interacting with all levels of staff
- Basic Computer Skills
- Ability to pass a working with children and a police check

**What you'll get in return**

You will get to join an iconic single school site, where you will receive $70,000 to $75,000 + super. You will be working in a clean environment and have long-term job stability.
