**About the role**:
AssetOn are currently recruiting an experienced and capable Technical Writer seeking a role within the Oil & Gas sector with an established reputable company based in Brisbane.

You will be responsible for:

- Developing and constructing high-quality documentation, work instructions, operating procedures and policies as required.
- Gathering accurate information, data, product specifications.
- Assessing current documentation, structure and content for new scope.
- Writing clear and concise technical content able to be understood by a diverse audience.
- Working with respective teams to understand the release scope of writing and time frames.

**Required experience**:

- 5+ years previous Document Writing experience, information gathering of data, and producing accurate documentation
- Mechanical or electrical trade qualifications highly advantageous
- Work experience within the mining industry
- Full working rights in Australia

**Benefits**:

- 12 month initial contract on offer
- Roster two weeks on two weeks off but may be required to work a range of rosters during the 12 month contract as required by the scope of works including Monday - Friday.
- Accommodation provided whilst working in the Surat Basin.
- Highly competitive hourly rates on offer
- Weekly pays with superannuation paid on all hours worked.
- AssetOn to fund medicals, Standard 11's and associated training costs.
- Uniforms provided (including boots if required)
