**About Role**:
Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver top-quality audits and exceptional cleaning services, ensuring a safe, efficient environment.

In-depth in-house training will be provided.

This is a full time opportunity and as such you will need to be available and have full working rights within Australia to be considered.

**About you**:

- Proficient people skills and the capacity to foster a positive team environment
- A basic understanding of the MS Office suite
- Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities
- The capability to establish and sustain solid internal and external relationships
- Superior communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Prior experience in Cleaning & Waste management
- Experience in mentoring and coaching teams and individuals.
