Ecommerce / Digital Project Coordinator

An exciting new opportunity to join a reputable eCommerce/retailer throughout Australia as their eCommerce / Digital Project Coordinator has now opened up. In this permanent role you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Digital Project Manager with the delivery and launch of their new website (including site migration). You will be responsible for all planning, implementation, overseeing schedules / delivery roadmaps, providing project updates with internal and external stakeholders (including executive teams), assisting with meetings and heavily involved in change management / training. This position is a great opportunity if you are keen to progress down a digital project manager pathway, as you will receive on-going training and development to fast-track your career. **Qualifications and Skills**

**To be successful in this position you will have the following skill-set**:

- At least 2+ years experience in a project coordinator role in an eCommerce/retail capacity
- High level experience being across budgets, overseeing schedules and baseline planning for the next project phases
- Ensure all team members are briefed and projects are delivered on time, to expectation and on budget
- Liaising with stakeholders to gather requirements and documents
- Experience coordinating meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Schedule and prioritise tasks for the individual team members to deliver
- Highly developed and effective negotiation, influencing and people/stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-orientated environment
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Positive attitude to work with a proven ability to be self-driven
- Project Management qualifications and/or suitable extensive experience

**Salary**: Up to $120,000.00 per year
