Are you a seasoned Performance Test Engineer with deep expertise in JMeter, performance tuning, and system monitoring?
We're seeking a technical expert who can dive into complex systems, deliver detailed analysis, and drive optimisation through innovative performance engineering techniques - including AI solutions.The role is an initial 6 month contract paying up to $454 plus super per day.

Key Responsibilities Lead performance testing and engineering initiatives across enterprise-grade systems.Conduct in-depth analysis of system architecture, performance metrics, and resource utilisation.Deliver expert insight into:Heap, GC, memory, and thread dump analysisMonitoring traces and transaction/session flowsWorkload modelling and tuning recommendationsDevelop and enhance monitoring alerts, server health checks, and utilisation metrics.Provide clear, actionable reporting and communicate insights to stakeholders with confidence.
Essential Skills & Experience 8+ years in performance testing, engineering, and analysis.Expertise in JMeter scripting and execution.Proven ability to implement AI-driven performance insights and automation tools.Strong experience with:System and application monitoringMemory/thread/GC analysisUser session and transaction-level diagnosticsExcellent communication and client-facing skills.
