Aspart of our transformation team, you will leverage your deep understanding of process engineering to develop, design, and map detailed processes across the organisation with precision. You will guide and coach team members in process mapping and design techniques and identify process inefficiencies or opportunities to optimise.Critical to your success will be your ability to understand how processes interconnect and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated solutions.

**About you**:
**You will have**:

- Track record of developing meticulous processes, driving efficiency improvements, and fostering innovation,
- Experience with the intricacies of Robotic Process Automation (RPA),
- Ability to turn your technical skills to any part of the business, connect the dots and deliver a result,
- Be well-versed in Nitex System or similar platforms,
- Excellent communication skills to interpret and convey complex ideas clearly, and
- Passion for creating positive impacts through your work.
