**The Company**:
Our client is a growing Funds Management and Lending group. They have an excellent opportunity for a BDM - Private Investments to join their Funds Management/Investment team.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the CEO, your duties will include:

- Developing and implementing strategies to grow the investor base in new and existing markets
- Developing relationships with third-parties to facilitate the introduction of new investors
- Maintaining active and ongoing communication with clients and external contacts
- Background in private banking, private credit products, or distribution (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong well developed network
- Excellent relationship building and management skills
- Understanding of construction and real estate finance (desirable)
