At Eriez, we don't just manage inventory - we optimise it We are looking for a meticulous **Inventory and Quality Control Coordinator**to ensure stock accuracy, quality control, and seamless factory operations. Working with various stakeholders within the business to meet goals, some of your duties will include, but not limited to:

- Stock Accuracy and ERP Management - Conducting cycle counts, stocktakes, and ensuring accurate data entry in our ERP system
- Quality Control - Inspecting incoming, in-process, and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Reading and Interpreting Descriptions & Parts - Reviewing parts, labels, and descriptions with accuracy
- Stock Organisation and Labelling - Ensuring all inventory is correctly labelled and stored efficiently within the factory
- Liaising and Problem-Solving - Collaborating with suppliers, purchasing teams, and production staff for seamless stock movement
- Managing Stock Flow - Keeping inventory organised across the factory to optimise efficiency
- Continuous Improvement - Identifying ways to improve inventory processes and quality control measures

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in engineering, business or similar is preferred
- Strong experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehousing
- Familiarity with ERP systems and a knack for data accuracy
- A sharp eye for quality standards and compliance and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
