Harris Scarfe - Store Manager Loganholme
About the role: Store Manager who leads from the front to drive store performance, coaches the team, and creates a positive, customer-first culture.
Directly reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales and efficiency, lead stocktakes, and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
Accountable for daily operations for performance and efficiency
Drive for results in sales, wages, and shrinkage targets
Report directly to the Regional Manager
Lead stocktake processes and team development
Champion a collaborative, customer-focused environment
Recruit, coach, and build a high-performing team
What You'll Bring
Store leadership experience in retail or big box environment (30+ staff)
Proven ability to drive results through service and operations
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Attention to detail and visual merchandising standards
Solid computer and system skills
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Full-time availability, including weekends
Full Australian working rights
