We currently operate over 54 stores across South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania with a growing online presence. Our stores appeal to a diverse range of customers looking for great value on Homewares, Manchester, Men's and Women's Apparel. With Christmas just around the corner, Harris Scarfe, Maroochydore is looking for Casual team members who will join a hardworking, vibrant and fun team to deliver exceptional customer service and store presentations standards through the merriest time of the year.

**Reporting to the Store Management team, you will be responsible for**:

- Providing customer service
- Supporting catalogue and promotional merchandising
- Working in a team to achieve store and business objectives
- Working in a range of departments
- Performing daily activities i.e. stock placement, ticketing, visual displays etc.
- Maintaining a neat, full and safe environment
- Building positive relationships with fellow team members and customers
- Processing and Pick Packing online orders including consistent lifting of light loads

**To be successful you will have**:

- A passion for service and retail
- Retail experience
- preferably within a big-box retail space
- The ability to multitask
- Effective communication skills
- Strong teamwork ability
- A focus on safety
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
