YEAR LEVEL COORDINATOR & VCE PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERThe King David School in Armadale is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and passionate Year Level Coordinator for our Middle School.
Included in the position is the opportunity to teach VCE Physical Education in our Senior School.This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to make a meaningful contribution to the school community.
The Year Level Coordinator role provides an opportunity to lead, support, and inspire students at a specific year level, with a focus on wellbeing, engagement, and connection.This is a full-time ongoing position, commencing in Term 1 2026.The successful candidate will demonstrate:Strong knowledge of the VCE Physical Education and Wellbeing curriculumProven ability to differentiate curriculum effectivelyA passion for student wellbeing and experience in wellbeing or pastoral care rolesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skillsAs a Year Level Coordinator, the successful candidate will also:Provide leadership and support to students across academic, social, and emotional domainsWork closely with teaching staff, wellbeing staff, and families to ensure each student is supported and engagedFoster a positive year level culture that encourages inclusion, respect, and school spiritCoordinate year-level events, programs, and initiatives that strengthen student engagement and connectionMonitor student progress and wellbeing, implementing strategies to address individual or cohort needsRegistration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching is essential.Please complete the pre-employment form by clicking on the link below.
