At For Purpose Aged Care, we are a friendly and driven team dedicated to providing exceptional CARE through:CollaborationAccountabilityRespectEmpathyWe are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to keep our new home safe, comfortable, and well maintained both inside and out.What We Are Looking ForExperience in building maintenanceUnderstanding of OH&S, Fire and Evacuation legislationAbility to handle a range of maintenance tasks, tools and equipmentWillingness to assist with occasional after hours workStrong communication skills and respect for residents and colleaguesAbility to work independently and make cost and prioritisation decisionsGenuine empathy and leadership to inspire your teamTech savvy with digital record keeping and communication toolsStrong problem solving and time management skillsResponsibilitiesYou will lead maintenance operations ensuring both preventative and reactive tasks are completed efficiently while minimising contractor use.
