**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an enthusiastic junior administrator to become an integral part of the Legal PA team and provide office and practice group aligned administrative support to deliver:

- Transactional support;
- Optimum client service; and
- Continuous improvement.

Embracing a team-working approach, this role will provide support to the Legal PA's with administrative tasks, while also collaborating with lawyers and other members of business operations to fulfil the needs of the business.

In this role you will receive training and mentoring to provide support across varying areas of the business including relief reception, office administration, junior legal PA support, assistance with events, and a range of other tasks.

You will also be part of a friendly and collaborative team of Legal PA's, with many opportunities to get involved in firm wide initiatives across a range of areas including health and wellness, diversity and inclusion and social.

Due to the nature of the role in-office attendance is required on a full-time basis where applicable and in accordance with government directions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Legal PA team with administrative and overflow tasks
- Act as float support for the Legal PA team when they are on leave, providing assistance to their team of lawyers
- Provide relief reception cover as required
- Provide any on-the-ground office administration support
- With appropriate training, support a small team of junior lawyers with their administrative tasks
- Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements
- Prepare and submit expenses
- Ownership of copying, faxing, printing, scanning, bibles, bundles, pagination and indexing
- Some experience with office administration or working in a customer focussed role
- Well presented and a good communicator with the ability to engage with varied client and stakeholder audiences
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative when faced with new challenges
- Good organisational skills and willingness to handle multiple priorities
- Be an effective team player and have good interpersonal skills including confidence, positivity and a desire to learn
- Bring energy and passion to the role
