And that's not all - we provide flexible start and finish times.We welcome the challenge to work in new ways and have trust in you when getting the job done because we recognise, our business is our people.Responsibility for internal and external reporting requirements, along with day to day responsibility for the finance functions of the Company.Key responsibilities will include:Cash Flow Management and Bank Reconciliations;Monthly General Ledger Reconciliations;Monthly preparation of consolidated financial and management accounts, as well as, preparation of year end statutory reports;Debtor management;GL Journals preparation and input;Preparation and lodgement of FBT, BAS and IAS;Facilitate the internal and external audits;Monthly reporting to Cost Centre Managers;Management of Financial Administrator;Ad Hoc Financial Analysis and tasks; andParticipate in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities to maintain a safe and clean work environment.Key Competency Requirements:Relevant Degree in AccountingCPA or CA qualificationStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, relational databases, and ERP systems (preferably IFS);Understanding and able to apply knowledge of IFRS and Australian Tax legislation;Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail; andGood communications skills, both written and oral.Personal Attributes:Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and professionally across functional teams to achieve goals;Strong interpersonal, leadership, people development and motivational skills;Sets clear system objectives and comfortable operating in complex environments;Well developed and practical communication skills to communicate with staff at all levels within the organisation;Ability to use sound problem solving techniques to provide reliable and maintainable solutions to a variety of problems;Ability to instil a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing safe and compliant technical solutions in a timely fashion;Actively seek out opportunities to improve business processes; andDemonstrates behaviours that align with and promote company's valuesWhy it's great to work for Ultra Maritime
