**Recruitment** has been asked to source a Mobilisation Administrator for a construction and maintenance company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting HR team with mobilisation of new starts such as preparing new starter packs, drafting up employment agreements, scanning paperwork in Employee files and loading employees on to the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Ensure all new employee HR Records are up to date and correct as per company procedure
- Book in employee for premedicals
- Assisting with pre-mobilisation process for all new personnel ensuring qualification and training are compliant with site requirements, arranging PPE and medicals and coordinating site and company inductions
- Manage and coordinate all site administration paperwork, site access requirements and training verifications for Clients in order to mobilise employees to site
- Maintaining mobilisation records and registers while working closely with the Operations Coordinators and Project Teams on the mobilisations of new starters, ensuring all training, qualifications and inductions are compliant
- Adhoc general administration duties as required

**About you**:

- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to change.
- Be able to work cohesively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management skills and superior attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to answering and resolving enquiries and problems
- MS Office skills
