ARCway Careers is recruiting for a fantastic Entry-level Legal Administration Traineeship with a highly respected personal injury law firm based in Parramatta.
As a trainee, you'll be working full-time while completing a Nationally recognised Certificate III in Business – fully paid for and supported on the job.
Requires no prior experience required
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting legal professionals with day-to-day administrative tasks
Answering calls and greeting clients in a professional manner
Filing, scanning and preparing legal documents
Managing client records and maintaining confidentiality
Data entry and using legal systems/software
Providing general admin support to the wider legal team
About You:
Well-presented with excellent communication skills
Interested in the legal industry and administration work
Organised, reliable and eager to learn
Has full Australian working rights
Has not completed a Certificate III or higher (traineeship eligibility applies)
