ARCway Careers is recruiting for a fantastic Entry-level Legal Administration Traineeship with a highly respected personal injury law firm based in Parramatta.
As a trainee, you'll be working full-time while completing a Nationally recognised Certificate III in Business – fully paid for and supported on the job. Requires no prior experience required
What You'll Be Doing :
- Assisting legal professionals with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Answering calls and greeting clients in a professional manner
- Filing, scanning and preparing legal documents
- Managing client records and maintaining confidentiality
- Data entry and using legal systems / software
- Providing general admin support to the wider legal team
About You :
Well-presented with excellent communication skillsInterested in the legal industry and administration workOrganised, reliable and eager to learnHas full Australian working rightsHas not completed a Certificate III or higher (traineeship eligibility applies)What's On Offer :
