- Unique opportunity to join the Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention team
- Full-time, 12-month fixed term position with the views of becoming permanent
**How will I help?**
As the Fraud & Scam Officer, you will be working within the Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention team. You will be reporting to the Online Team Manager and be responsible for reviewing and investigation suspicious activity conducted via a range of payment methods.
Furthermore, this is a contact centre position where you will focus on best servicing our clients by using both systems and processes efficiently and accurately within agreed service levels.
Some of your responsibilities are:
- Assisting vulnerable customers who are victims of Fraud or Scams
- Build strong working relations with wider teams within Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention
- Liaise with our internal Investigations teams on complex cases and escalate matters of concern
**The role operates on a rotational shift roster. To be successful in this role, you'll be required to work across our operating hours of Monday to Sunday 24/7. Penalty rates apply**

**What do I need?**
Ideally you will have excellent customer service experience and worked in a phone-based or call centre environment. We are looking for individuals that have great empathy and positive attitude to be able to support and guide our customers in their time of need.
You will have excellent time management skills, ability to work in a structured environment & be adaptable to change.
