**Job Description**:
The primary purpose of this position is to drive business growth in your state for Winning Appliances Architect and Design (A&D) Division. The role will have a mix of new business development and existing account management responsibilities. Referral targets and KPI's will be met through outstanding relationship management and sales skills. The position is split between the showrooM/Field (70% showroom, 30% field), working Tuesday-Saturday, including regular interstate travel.
**What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like**
New Business Development
- Identify potential new business opportunities
- Ensure new businesses are contacted and visited with key stakeholders as per company CRM system
- Meet all new business KPI's including tier and referral targets
- Identify consignment opportunities in line with company set budgets
Account Management
- Identify and grow business from existing accounts
- Inform clients on new brands and products
- Educate clients about the Winning history, family, offering and procedures
- Ensure existing accounts (Tier 1, 2 & 3) are contacted and visited as per company CRM system
- Meet all existing account KPI's including tier and referral targets
- Determine consignment opportunities in line with company budgets
- Making showroom appointments with end customers and follow the sale process all the way through to delivery
- Coordinate product launches in showroom for key influencers
- Weekly meeting with Showroom Manager to review the progress of referrals and new business opportunities
- Weekly meeting with A&D Manager to track KPIs, review results and insights to national results
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers including attending training and industry events
- Client entertaining at business functions
- Ensure a pipeline of referrals
- Work with the culinary team for event and meeting presentations
Sales Administration
- Weekly CRM and referral reporting
- Preparation of Consignment Agreements with clients
- Liaising with the Administration team to ensure all client needs are met
- Follow up of projects with customer and design partner
- Processing sales orders in the store
- Daily training in the morning from 8:30 am - 9:00 am
**Qualifications**:
- Business to Business Sales Account Management new business development experience
- A proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding relationship management skills including influencing and negotiating
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to understand clients needs quickly and pick up complex technical and product knowledge and a willingness to update on an ongoing basis
- Honesty and integrity
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Exceptional time management skills including daily/weekly/monthly call planning
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven
- Previous experience working within the same or similar industry (desirable)
