As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Beresfield:
Our service is a beautiful, purpose-built centre which caters for up to 69 children.
You will be supporting a team of 15 educators, across all our rooms, with a focus on being a leading teacher in the pre-school room.
Our service is very active in the community, with strong ties to all our families.
We also organise a monthly visit to the local elderly home and take part in various sports days.
The Beresfield service has long standing staff with their Diploma or Bachelor's degree, demonstrating our high capabilities as industry leading educators.

You'll need:
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
