**Position Title**: Education and Training Coordinator
**Status**: Ongoing - Full Time - MA000082 Sporting Organisations Award 2010
- Clerical and Administrative Grade 4
**Reports to**: General Manager - Education and Training
**Purpose of the **Hands-on role that manages the end-to-end delivery of e-learning initiatives,
**position**: provides and implements the day-to-day operations of the Gymnastics Coach and Judge Education programs, and assists the General Manager - Education and Training in the operation of the Department.

GV's commitment to child safety. You will be required to regularly provide the necessary working with children, police records and reference checks.
We have zero tolerance when it comes to abuse of any kind and will take disciplinary action, including and up to termination of employment, should we determine that abuse has taken place or there has been a failure to report any suspected or alleged abuse.
**Duties**: Support clubs and the Gymnastics community with their coach and judge education requirements:
- Consult and collaborate with Gymnastics Clubs on hosting courses, and workshops in gymnastics clubs;
- Implement an annual Education Calendar together with the General
Manager - Education and Training;
- Provide customer service and support to members in relation to their coaching and judging education needs;
- Manage the delivery of coach education courses and workshops;
- Assist in the facilitation of the annual Coach Conference and other organisational events as required;
- Complete pre and post course processing and administration.
Develop and manage end to end delivery of all education and workforce training and e-learning initiatives conducted by Gymnastics Victoria.
- Stakeholder engagement to increase GV's reach outside the existing gymnastics community for gymnastics education and e-learning delivery;
- Build and develop relationships with members of the Gymnastics community to assist the General Manager - Education and Training in addressing emergent workforce issues as they arise by working with clubs to find creative solutions e.g. Recruiting and retaining staff;
- Update, manage and maintain Gymnastics Victoria's e-learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS);
- Assist with customer enquiries regarding e-learning content;
- Maintain, collect, analyse, and report on user data and user activity from the LMS;
- Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on E
- Learning Content;
Work with the General Manager - Education and Training to deliver
Gymnastics Victoria's Education and Training's goals:
- Oversee the updating of Education information contained on the GV
Website;
- Strengthen the gymnastics brand by working with Member Clubs;
- Continue to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships; o Maintain strong working relationships with other GV departments; o Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external education providers, other organisations and individuals connected with development activities;
- Supervise the maintenance of department records;
- Assist with the delivery of other GV programs as required;
- Embed and ensure Inclusive and Child Safe practices are central to all operational strategies and outcomes; and
- Other duties as required.

- Experience working in education or workforce development.
